How this site works

This site is a copy of Facet's static web template. Everything specific to it lives in one file, site.conf: the domain, the title, the DNS zone, and a few options. Nothing else in the repo names the domain.

The template is copy-and-own. A new site starts as a copy and keeps its own infrastructure, its own ./run commands for building, previewing, and publishing, and its own instructions for the people and agents who work on it. Whatever ends up in dist/ is what ships: these pages, another generator's output, or hand-written files.
